Orders are accepted by phone only at this time due to the large number of custom framing combinations our customers are requesting. YES, you will talk to a real person who knows about trains and YES, the phone will be answered promptly (no waiting on hold). Our sales associate can help you select the perfect item for you and will assure it is custom assembled and shipped.
Most orders will ship in two or three business days. Unusual custom combinations may require up to five days. You will be given shipping information at the time you place your order.
