Orders are accepted by phone or fax only at this time due to the large number of custom framing combinations our customers are requesting. YES, you will talk to a real person who knows about trains and YES, the phone will be answered promptly (no waiting on hold). Our sales associate can help you select the perfect item for you and will assure it is custom assembled and shipped.
Most orders will ship in two or three business days. Unusual custom combinations may require up to five days. You will be given shipping information at the time you place your order.
Since all orders are custom built from scratch to your exact specifications please follow the steps listed below so that you get exactly what YOU WANT.
- If ordering an item identified with an item number in our catalog, have the item number ready and skip to step 5
- Select the drawing or drawings you are interested in from the catalog.
